摘要
动态竞争的研究始于80年代初,至今仍是国内外企业战略管理学界最重要的研究方向之一。多点竞争是动态竞争理论研究的一个主要内容,随着越来越多的学者对动态竞争理论研究的开展,多点竞争也被学者们所关注。尽管国内学者也对多点竞争进行了有益的探索,但尚缺乏完整、系统的认识。基于这一点,本文结合学者们的研究成果从多点竞争的起源及概念、多点竞争策略模型、多点竞争的重要策略、对公司绩效和市场的影响、影响因素及战略协调等重要方面对多点竞争进行了梳理,并进一步对多点竞争未来研究方向做了探讨。
The study of dynamic competition begins the early 1980s, so far, it is still one of the most im- portant research directions at home and abroad enterprises strategic management scholars. Multi -point competition is a main content that the dynamic competition theory studies, with more and more scholars to study the dynamic competition theory, multi -point Competition is also concerned by scholars. Although domestic scholars make beneficial exploration to multi -point competition, it still lack complete, system- atic understanding. On this basis, this text conbines scholars' research to sort out the multi -point com- petition from the origin and concept of multi - point competition, multi - point competition strategy mod- el, important strategy, the company' s performance and market impact, influencing factors and strategic coordination and so on, and does further discussion to the future research directions of multi - point competition.
