76例食管胃交界腺癌肿瘤相关成纤维细胞免疫组化观察 被引量:5

Effect of tumor-associated fibroblasts on the infiltration and metastasis of adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction

摘要 目的观察肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(TAFs)中成纤维细胞活化蛋白(FAP)和肝细胞生长因子(HGF)的表达,探讨其与食管胃交界腺癌的关系。方法用免疫组化SP法检测FAP、HGF在食管胃交界腺癌、正常胃黏膜及慢性萎缩性胃炎胃黏膜中的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果正常胃黏膜及慢性萎缩性胃炎胃黏膜上皮和间质组织内均未见FAP或HGF阳性细胞,在食管胃交界腺癌标本间质中可见FAP、HGF阳性细胞。结论FAP、HGF阳性细胞数目与肿瘤直径、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移数目等相关。 Objective To observe the expression of fibroblast actⅣating protein(FAP)and hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)in tumor-associated fibroblasts(TAFs),and to investigate the correlation between TAFs and adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction.Methods The expression of FAP and HGF in adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction,normal gastric mucosa and chronic atrophic gastritis was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the clinicopathological correlation was analyzed.Results FAP and HGF didn't express in normal gastric mucosa and chronic atrophic gastritis,but did in adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction.Conclusion In adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction,the expression of FAP and HGF is positively related to tumor diameter,differentiation,infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis.
