基于智能传感器MPXY8320A的TPMS系统设计

摘要 介绍TPMS系统的发展历程、应用现状及趋势,比较了直接式TPMS和间接式TPMS各自的优缺点,描述了此系统的结构和基本原理,研究了此系统中的几个关键问题(如外置编码存储器轮胎定位、无源化),并且给出了解决方案。设计了一种以微控制器C8051F531A为核心,应用新型传感器产品MPXY8320A实现TPMS的方案。 This article describes the course of development, application status and trends of the TPMS system, compares direct TPMS with indirect TPMS of their own advantages and disadvantages, describes the structure of the system and its basic principles,studies several key issues such as external code memory tire positioning and passive method, and gives the solution. Using microcontroller C8051F531A as the core, a TPMS scheme achieved with the application of new sensor product MPXY8320A.
