摘要
目的了解脑梗死患者合并肺部感染的发生情况,提出相应的护理方法。方法对均经头部CT或核磁共振(MRI)检查证实为脑梗死且合并有肺部感染的62例老年住院患者进行心理疏导和常规护理。结果肺部感染是脑梗死患者的最常见并发症,经过精心护理,患者情况好转。结论对住院治疗的脑梗死患者必须采取严格的护理措施,才能有效控制患者肺部感染的发生情况。
Objective To comprehend the prevalence of pUlmonary infection in the patients who suffered from cerebral infarction and put forward nursing intervention. Methods Six-two elderly patients who were confirmed with cerebral infarction combined with pulmonary infection by brain CT or MRI received psychological counseling and routine nursing. Results Pulmonary infection was the most common complication of cerebral infarction. The patients＇ condition was improved with intensive nursing： Conclusion Effective nursing intervention is required for the inpatients with cerebral infarction to prevent the occurence of pulmonary infection.
