热分解对镍化合物粉末粒度与形貌的影响

摘要 对尿素均匀沉淀、碳酸铵沉淀和草酸盐沉淀所得镍的化合物粉末及其热处理样品,采用SEM、XRD、激光粒度分析仪和氮吸附仪进行表征。结果表明:不同沉淀体系形成的粉末粒度和形貌等各不相同,且在热分解过程中的变化行为也不同。较低温度下(如400℃)的热分解产物较好地继承了沉淀粉末的原有特征;温度过高时(如900℃)则易导致显著的烧结团聚。 The nickel compounds precipitated by homogenous precipitation with urea, fast precipitation with ammonium carbonate, or interface induced precipitation with solid oxalate acid, respectively, and their pyrolysis products, are all used for investigating their particle size distribution and morphology. It is found that the precipitated powders from different solution represent different particle characteristics and specific evolution behavior during pyrolysis process. It can be confirmed that at low temperature (e. g. 400℃) in pyrolysis process, the products remain the characteristics of the precipitated powder well, while at high pyrolysis temperature (e. g. 900℃), the characteristics of the precipitated powders will be destroyed .
