摘要
从阳极极化曲线、腐蚀速率、阳极极化后表面产物、极化后电解槽中阳极泥的显微组织结构等方面研究了Pb-0.08%Ca-1%Sn三元合金的阳极极化行为。结果表明:Pb-Ca-Sn阳极在铜电积液中容易产生钝化现象,其维钝电流密度为97.72μA.cm-2;Pb-Ca-Sn阳极极化后,表层呈疏松鳞片状,其物相组成为α-PbO2、β-PbO2和PbSO4。
Anodic polarization behavior of ternary alloy Pb-0.08%Ca-1% Sn is studied by anodic polarization curve,corrosion rate, the products on anodic surface after polarization, and microstructure of anode mud after polarization in electrowinning cell. The results show that Pb-Ca-Sn anode is liable to be passivated in copper electrolyte, its maintaining passivity current density is 97.72 μA ·cm^-2. After anodic polarization, the surface of Pb-Ca-Sn alloy presents loose scaly, being composed of α-PbO2, β-PbO2 and PbSO4.
