摘要
研究了常压下微波辅助亚硫酸钠还原硫酸铜制备纳米氧化亚铜,考察了各影响因素(微波功率、反应时间、亚硫酸钠用量及溶液pH等)对氧化亚铜产品收率的影响,并对所得产品表面进行了表征。结果表明:在最佳条件下,氧化亚铜收率95.3%,纯度达97.2%,外观呈近球形,分散性好,粒径在400-900nm之间。
Preparation of nanometer cuprous oxide using sodium sulfite to reduce copper sulfate by microwave at standard atmospheric pressure was researched. The effects of operating conditions, such as microwave power, reaction time, sodium sulfite amount and solution pH,on yield and quality of cuprous oxide were examined, And surface appearance and particle size of cuprous oxide were studied. The yield and purity of cuprous oxide was 95.3% and 97.2% ,respectively. The shape of cuprous oxide was approximate to sphericity and particle diameter was range of 400 nm to 900 nm. Its dispersibility was good.
