企业活力评价的数学模型研究

Mathematic model of enterprise activity evaluation

通过对中国企业生存状况的调查,借鉴人口学中生命表的概念,研究了企业生命表,其目的是得到有关企业死亡率较高的年龄段和企业的平均预期寿命,使企业和政府部门能够根据这些数据制定相应的战略和政策,引导企业的良性发展。商业年龄本质是企业活力的具体体现,对此日本学者曾提出了计算商业年龄的模型。但笔者认为,该模型存在一定的问题,因此,在吸收该模型精髓的基础上,对其指标体系和数学模型进行了改进。

By investigating the enterprises＇ survival state and using the concept of lifetable in demology for reference, the lifetable of enterprises is researched, so we can find the period when high death rate takes place and the average expected lifespan. According to the information above, enterprises can make corresponding strategy and government can direct the enterprise to healthy development. For the commerical age of enterprises essentially suggests the enterprise energy, this paper also brings out a revised commercial age model on the basis of Japanese research.
