摘要
该文提出了一套简单实用的扫描线划地图矢量化方法。主要包括图像降噪、线划地物边缘增强、提取线划目标等预处理,二值化、细化、链式编码等矢量化算法。对彩色扫描地形图进行了实例研究。结果表明,此方法大大提高了矢量化的精度与质量,减少了工作量,实现了半自动矢量化。
The paper presents a simple but practical vectorization method for Scan Line geographical map, including vectorization algorithms such as image noise reduction, edge enhancement of the object for line draw features, pre-processing for extraction line designated targets, binarization, thinning, chain coding, etc. It also provides a case study on color scan of topographic map. Tthe results indicate that the vectorizafion accuracy and quality can be greatly improved, with workload reduced in the semi - automatic vectorization way introduced in the paper.
