论大学生篮球比赛意识与培养

Cultivation of University Students' Basketball Competition Consciousness

篮球意识是篮球比赛战术的组成部分,是比赛中即兴发挥能力的具有特殊作用的心理活动。它以一种隐性的能力被掩盖在技能特征之下,不具有显性和可量化的成份,从而形成比赛时意识需要的急迫性,学练中意识则被轻视、被忽略的现象。由此,该文对篮球比赛意识及其意识培养的问题进行了研究,得出了"通过有计划、有规律的循序渐进的学练积累是可以慢慢培养和提高大学生篮球比赛意识的基本问题"的结论。并提出篮球意识培养的基本途径、方法与手段。试图为普通高校篮球比赛水平的提高和篮球运动教学的发展与改革提供参考。

Basketball consciousness is one of the basketball game tactic components. It is a psychological activity displaying extemporaneously special ability in the competition. It is covered by one kind of recessive ability under the skill characteristic, without obvious quantitative ingredient. Thus forms urgency for competition consciousness which was despised and neglected daily training. This paper makes a study on the cultivation of competition consciousness and obtains the conclusion that through constant training we can raise students＇ competition consciousness. Finally we give out the basic approaches to provide reference for the enhancement of ordinary university basketball game level and for the development and reform of basketball teaehing.
