促进广西北部湾经济区开发建设的财税政策研究

Study on Finance-Taxation Policies Promoting the Development of Beibu Gulf Economic Region in Guangxi

广西北部湾经济区作为一个新兴的重要国际区域经济合作区,要将其建设成中国经济发展的"新一极",将离不开财税政策的有力支持。虽然近年来北部湾经济区的经济社会发展较为迅猛,但通过对北部湾经济区经济发展现状及现行财税政策进行分析,发现其在发展中面临着财税政策支持力度不足等方面的困境。因此,需要对原有的政策、体制等方面进行改革和不断完善,同时要全力争取国家更多更优惠的财税政策支持,为广西北部湾经济区开发建设创造良好的发展环境。

As an important international economic region, Beibu Gulf Economic Region in Guangxi needs powerful support from the finance - taxation policies to be built it into ＂a new pole＂ of China＇ s economic development. By analyzing the economic situation and existing fiscal and tax policies in Beibu Gulf Economic Region, it was found that the policy support was insufficient though the economic and social development was fast in recent years. In such a predicament, it is necessary to reform and improve the original policies and system, get more preferential fiscal and tax policy support from the state to create a good development environment for the construction of Beibu Gulf Economic Region.
