Policy Suggestion for Transforming Coke Furnace in Shanxi

针对山西焦炉改造存在的问题,指出改良焦炉不能作为土焦炉的替代炉型,现已建成的一批小机焦炉必须尽快完善环保系统。同时,提出了限制焦炭生产总量;保护资源与保护环境并重,环境第一;树立样板工程;对煤气和化工产品的回收要因地制宜的政策建议。

According to existing problems in transforming coke furnace in Shanxi. it was pointed out that transformed furnace couldn't replace indigenous coke furnace and transformed furnace must be perfected withenvironmental protection system. The some suggestions such as restricting total amount of coke production, laying equal stress on both protecting environment and protecting resources, building up prototypal projects and recovering gas production with local condition and so on were proposed.
