由于馆员流通意识缺乏或不足的因素,图书馆员如何提升自身的意识水平,呼唤图书馆员应当强化自身的意识观念,在流通意识的视野中重新审视读者、馆员、服务方式以及图书馆对文献信息资源的组织与描述能力,把意识转化为一种对本职工作的热爱和付诸实践的动力。

This paper brings forward how to improve librarians＇ consciousness level through the analysis of the shortage of librarians＇ circulation consciousness. It aims to appeal librarians to strengthen their circulation consciousness. In the view of circulation consciousness, they should scan readers, librarians, the way of service and translate into the passion of the job and motility of practice. It＇ s a constructive significance of developing library career, the whole development of stuffs and improving the quality and level of reader, service.
