通过对国家级科技奖励评审专家的调查问卷统计分析，认为科技奖励的最大作用是承认科技人员的贡献和激励，影响科技奖励作用发挥的最主要因素是奖励的公正性和奖励政策；市场经济下的科技奖励政策应进行适当调整；民间科技奖励的奖金额度可以高于国家级奖。

Abstract Through the counting and analyzing the questionnaire to the grading experts of the national awarded science and technology, the author coruiders that the greatest effect of the national awarded science and technology is the ad- mitting to the services ofthecnology personnels and the encouragement.The primary reason which effects the exer- tion of the the awarded science and technology's function is the justness of awarded and the tolicy.Under the mar- ket economy, the awarded science and technology should be properly adjusted. The amount of the civilian awarded science and technology's prize can be greter than the national awarded's.
