Modern study of beeswax

中药蜂蜡药用历史悠久,现代研究发现蜂蜡中的主要成分为十六烷酸与三十烷醇形成的酯类,还包括部分烷烃类、游离长链脂肪酸类、游离长链脂肪醇类。近10年来研究发现,蜂蜡的主要药理活性成分为其中的长链脂肪醇族(D-002)及长链脂肪酸族(D-003),药理活性包括抗溃疡、抗皮肤炎症、降血脂、抗氧化、抗血栓等。

The major components of beeswax is monoester （predominantly palmitates）,and it contains hydrocarbons,free acids,free alcohols,total hydroxyacids,total acids,total alcohols and diols,which are their total concentrations measured after beeswax hydrolysis. Ten years＇ studies find that the active components in beeswax are long-chain polyunsaturated fatty alcohols （D-002） and long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids （D-003）,which have anti-ulcer effects,anti-inflammatory effects,hypolipidemic effects,anti-oxidation effects,antithrombotic effects and so on.
