痤疮合剂治疗寻常痤疮肺胃湿热证的临床和实验研究

Clinical and experimental research on Cuochuang Misture for treatment of acne vulgaris of syndrome of dampness and heat in lung and stomach

目的:观察痤疮合剂治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效,并从中药体外抑菌角度研究其作用机制。方法:痤疮合剂治疗肺胃湿热型痤疮34例,与当归苦参丸治疗28例作对照,观察4周后疗效;用痤疮合剂对痤疮丙酸杆菌、糠秕马拉色菌进行体外抑菌实验研究。结果:治疗组34例,总有效率为94.12%;对照组28例,总有效率为89.29%。治疗后两组皮损积分、综合疗效积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组皮损消退率、综合证候疗效率均高于对照组。痤疮合剂对痤疮丙酸杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC)为11.41g/L;对糠秕马拉色菌有抑菌环生长(直径≥10mm)的最低药物浓度为30%。结论:痤疮合剂对痤疮丙酸杆菌和糠秕马拉色菌有抑制作用,治疗肺胃湿热型寻常痤疮有较好效果。

Objectives： To observe the therapeutic effect of Cuochuang Misture on acne vulgaris and study the mechanism by external bacteria repressing experiment. Methods： 34 cases of acne of syndrome of dampness and heat in lung and stomach were treated with Cuochuang Misture and 28 cases with Dangguikushen Pill as controls, and their curative effect were compared; Different concentration of Cuochuang Misture were used to inhibit Propionibacterium acnes （P.ance） and Malassezia furfur （M.furfur）. Results： The clinical total effective rates were 94.12% in the treatment group, and 89.29% in the control group. The scores of skin lesions and syndromes reduced obviously between two groups in the end of the treatment （P〈0.01）, the reducing rate in the treatment group was higher than those in the control group. The MIC of Cuochuang Misture on inhibitory experiment of P.acne was 11.41mg/mL and the inhibitory experiment of M.furfur showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration （that the ring of inhibitory bacteria ≥ 10mm） of Cuochuang Mixture was 30%. Conclusion： Cuochuang Misture had better curative effect on acne and external bacteria repressing experiment approved that it could repress Propionibacterium acnes and Malassezia furfur.
