滨海片区城市设计运作实践探索及启示——以深圳大梅沙片区为例

Exploration and Enlightenment of Coastal Development Urban Design Implementation:A Case Study of Shenzhen's Dameisha District

在编制阶段,大梅沙片区城市设计采用整体城市设计的探索与确立、局部城市设计的深化与优化,以及具体地块的城市设计弹性调整等步骤;在实施运作管理阶段,大梅沙片区城市设计采用多元触媒的联动发展及具体地块的精细化实施管理运作模式,形成了整体控制、局部优化,政府主导、市场推动,循序渐进、全程导控的城市设计实施运作机制,有效加强了城市设计运作的实效,又较好地顺应了各种因素的变化。

Urban design plans for the Dameisha district were compiled and organized into a general urban design plan, detailed site plans, and adjusted urban design phases. Measures were taken during construction to ensure the validity of the urban design plan implementation. The implementation was accomplished with a detailed management model for combined development that established general control by governmental agencies. This approach optimized successful implementation through gradual development.
