摘要
将两个典型褐煤分别添加两种吸附剂在沉降炉中进行燃烧实验,对比分析1 100℃时O2/N2和O2/CO2两种不同的气氛下吸附剂控制燃煤PM1排放的不同效果.得到如下结论:1 100℃时,两种煤分别添加高岭土和石灰石,在O2/CO2气氛下PM1的减排效果比在O2/N2气氛下好.含碱金属高的煤种添加高岭土后PM1的减排效果更好,而含硫高的煤添加石灰石后PM1的减排效果更好.添加高岭土后,富集在PM1上的燃煤气化金属大量减少,高岭土吸附了煤中金属;添加石灰石后,富集在PM1上的S也大量减少,石灰石吸附了大量的S.
Two typical lignites added kaolin and limestone were tested respectively in the drop-tube furnace to study the different PM1 emission characteristics between O2/N2 and O2/CO2 coal combustion.The results indicated that,comparied with O2/N2 atmosphere,the PM1 decreased largerly by both of sorbents addition in O2/CO2 atmosphere at 1 100 ℃.It was also found that the PM1 reduction by kaolin and limestone addition is depended on concentration of the alkali metals and sulfur in the coal,respectively.The enrichment rates in the PM1 of alkali metals and alkaline-earth metals in the coal decreased by kaolin addition,and the enrichment rate in the PM1 of S decreased by limestone addition both in the two atmospheres.That is because kaolin reacted with metals from the coal,while a large number of S was adsorbed by limestone,which caused less PM1 emission.
