颅内宽颈动脉瘤介入治疗技术探讨(附27例报告)

The study of intervention therapy technique for intracranial wide-necked aneurysms:Report of 27 cases

目的探讨颅内宽颈动脉瘤介入治疗的有效方法。方法回顾分析近4年来,应用三维弹簧圈、球囊及支架辅助等介入治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤27例的临床资料。结果1例球囊辅助弹簧圈栓塞的患者死亡,其余患者栓塞效果满意,康复良好,随访未见动脉瘤复发。结论先前难以治疗的颅内宽颈动脉瘤,经综合应用介入治疗方法均能得到较好的救治,介入治疗方法临床应用前景良好。

Objective To explore intervention therapy technique of intracranial wild necked aneurysm on its safety and reliability. Methods Assessed clinical application of ＂basket＂ technique of 3D Guglielmi Detachable Coils （GDC）, balloon and stent assisted coil embolization which cured 27 patients with wild necked aneurysms in the past four years. Results Except one patients of balloon-assisted coil embolization died, the others was suhtotally embolized without any complications. No recurrence and total occlusions of aneurysms were achieved further followed-up. Conclusion The satisfied results of previously hard to treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms can be obtained with the combined use of various embolization techniques. Clinical application prospect of the intervention therapy technique is good.
