Raising the Supporting Staff on Experimental Teaching to improve the Experimental Teaching Reform of Pharmacy

分析实验教辅人员队伍的现状,对其成因从自身与外部两个方面进行探析,阐述实验教辅人员素质与队伍建设在本科药学实验教学改革中作用。从提高实验教辅人员队伍素质、完善实验教辅人员考核机制、创建和谐校园文化氛围等三个方面阐述加强实验教辅人员队伍建设的具体措施。

This paper analyzes the actual state of the supporting staff on experimental teaching, and explores the internal and external origin. It also elaborates the function of quality of supporting staff and group construction on experimental teaching reform of Pharmacy. Meanwhile, the concrete measures have been proposed from three aspects：raising the quality of staff; improving performance appraisal and establishing harmonious campus culture.
