摘要
在校企合作订单培养模式下职业学校专业课程的设置过程中,分析专业课程设置的三个现实依据,解析专业课程设置的"四大化",可以看出订单培养模式下专业课程设置与企业需求目标是对接的。在这种运行的模式下,能更好地培养出企业所需人才,实现学生、企业、学校三赢的教学目标。
Through the practice of the construction of professional courses under the order mode between the colleges and enterprises, this paper makes an analysis of three realistic basis, modularization, diversification of curriculum construction, which shows the professional courses setting can meet the demand of enterprises, cultivate more qualified talents to achieve the training goal of students, school and enterprises.
