摘要
充分重视当代本科毕业生的个性和社会环境的变化,结合对药学本科毕业生科研专题实习的带教经验,探讨人性化的带教模式对缓解专题实习与考研、就业的矛盾以及培养学生科研创新综合能力的意义。
To regard the individuality of undergraduates and the change of community, in this article, experience of teaching pattern in directing research practice was summarized, which humanizedly solves the contradiction of scientific research practice, higher education and employment, and trains pharmaceutical students on their knowledge, scientific ability and skills too.
