摘要
采用挤出造粒和注射成型的方法制备聚丙烯/纳米CaCO3复合材料试样条,测试了样条的力学性能,分析和研究了纳米CaCO3粒子的含量对复合材料力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,复合材料的力学性能随着纳米CaCO3含量的增加呈现先升后降的趋势。当纳米CaCO3质量分数达6%左右时复合材料的力学性能较好,超过6%后力学性能开始下降。
Splints of PP/nano-CaCO3 composites was prepared with the granulation extrusion and injection method. The impact of nano- CaCO3 particles content on the mechanical properties of composite materials was analysed and studied by testing the mechanical properties of splints. The experimental results showed that with the increase of nano- CaCO3 content mechanical properties of composites had the trend which at first increased and then decreased. When the nano - CaCO3 content was of around 6%, the mechanical properties of composite materials is good; when more than 6%, mechanical properties of the composites decreased.
