关于发展风险投资的思考

Consideration about Developing Venture Capital

近年来，我国的风险投资事业已有初步发展，但仍处于试验阶段，面临种种困难与问题。发展风险投资的目的是促进科技成果转化，进而实现科技成果产业化。文章分析了在我国发展科技风险投资的市场需求、政策因素、体制环境及成熟程度等问题。

Recent years the venture capital cause in our country has got preliminary development,however it still is in an experiment stage and faces various difficulties and problems. The purpose of developing venture capital is to promote the transformation and further to realize the industrialization of sci-tech achievements.This paper analyses the market requirements,policy factors,system environment,maturity grade and the others of developing sci-tech venture capital in our country,and puts forward some suggestions in connection with these problems.
