药物流产后予加味生化汤及抗菌药临床效果观察

Efficacy observation of Chinese herbs combined with antibacterial drugs after drug abortion

目的观察生化汤加味联合抗菌药对提高药物完全流产率,降低药物流产(药流)后阴道持续出血率的效果。方法选择我院2005年2月至2008年12月门诊药物流产者315例,随机分成两组,观察组155例,观察组胎囊排出后给予加味生化汤治疗,每日1剂,分2次服完,同时口服替硝唑1g,每日1次,环丙沙星500mg,每日2次,均连服5天。对照组160例,对照组胎囊排出后不予服用加味生化汤及上述抗菌药。结果观察组完全流产率、不全流产率、持续阴道出血率分别为95.5%、4.5%及9.7%,而对照组分别为90.0%、10.0%及23.1%,两组比较,有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中药生化汤加味及抗菌药联合治疗能提高药物完全流产率,降低不全流产率及持续阴道出血率,并能很好的预防和控制感染,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Supplemented Shenghua Decoction and antibacterial drugs for enhancing the complete abortion rate and decreasing the colporrhagia rate after drug abortion.Methods 315 patients were divied into observation group and control group randomly.155 patients in observation group were received Supplemented Shenghua Decoction（one dosage a day PO Bid） which was combined tinidazole（one gram PO Qd） with ciprofloxacin （500mg PO Bid） for five days after expelling the gestational sac;while 160 patients in control group were not.Results The complete abortion rate,incomplete abortion rate and colporrhagia rate in observation group were 95.5%,4.5% and 9.7%,and those were 90.0%,10.0% and 23.1% respectively in control group ;there were significant differences between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of Supplemented Shenghua Decoction combined with antibacterial drugs could inprove the complete abortion rate,low the incomplete abortion rate and colporrhagia rate,and could prevent and control the infection after drug abortion.So it is worth while clinical use.
