摘要
为了测量不可见的激光光斑大小,文中在激光粉末倍频测试分析的实验方法的基础上,选取适合当前条件的CCD摄像法进行了实验。获取激光光斑的一维光强分布,并运用激光光斑的高斯拟合算法(最小二乘法)处理数据,同时也考虑了粉末对光斑的散射作用,并为此拟合出了经验公式。获得的结论是,运用粉末倍频法精确计算激光光斑的直径是可行的,该方法误差约为3.6%。
To measure the size of invisible laser spot, This paper is based on the experimental test for potash iodate powder of SHG (second harmonic generation). Selecting the method of CCD camera experiment which suiting current conditions, we obtain the one-dimensional laser spot intensity distribution. Using the Gaussian fitting algorithm (least squares technique) to process the datum and taking account of scattering factor on the laser spot by the powder, we give an empirical formula for this case. The conclusion we got is, it is practicable to make accurate calculation of the diameter of laser spot. The error of the method is about 3. 6 %.
