摘要
主要研究连续太赫兹成像系统检测不透明酚醛泡沫材料中的缺陷。在酚醛泡沫中插入不同直径的铁丝,然后利用透过泡沫的信号强度变化来检测泡沫内部的铁丝,实验结果能探到的最小铁丝直径为0.4mm。表明连续太赫兹波成像技术在探测不透明酚醛泡沫材料内部缺陷方面具有很大的应用前景。
We present a cw terahertz image system for detecting defects in optically opaque phenolic foam (PF). We used iron wires of different diameters, each wire was inserted into a phenolic foam (PF). The variations of the terahertz radiation transmitted through the sample were detected, which was produced by the iron wires. The results show that detection was possible down to 0. 4mm. The cw terahertz image method has a good potential for detecting defects in optically PF.
