相转移催化下2,6-二氯吡啶的羟基化反应

摘要 以2,6-二氯吡啶与氢氧化钾为原料,选用不同的溶剂和催化剂,生成2-羟基-6-氯吡啶的反应,分析了溶剂和催化剂对该反应的影响,得出用正丁醚作为溶剂,四丁基溴化铵作为相转移催化剂为最佳的结论,产品收率为86.4%,该化合物经元素分析和红外光谱得到确证. The reactions of 2,6-dichloropyridine and potassium hydroxide,which resulted in the formation of the corresponding product 2-hydroxy-6-chloropyridine with different solvents and catalysts were investigated.The effects of solvents and catalysts on the outcome of the reaction were studied.Butyl ether is introduced as a solvent,tetrabutyl ammonium bromide an excellent catalytic system for the synthesis of 2-hydroxy-6-chloropyridine,and this method gave 2-hydroxy-6-chloropyridine in 86.4% yield.This compound was comfirmed by IR and elemental analysis.
