摘要
本文在分析研究洋浦经济开发区海岸带具有独特的优良环境与资源条件的基础上，指出开发区的规划项目将造成的海岸环境资源问题，并提出了海岸环境资源利用与保护的对策和措施。
Yangpu Economic Development Zone(YEDC)is located at the Yangpu peninsula in northwest Hainan Island, China. Based on the survey of the present environmental status and future development of YEDC, optimum spatial distribution and functional allocation of coastal water environment, rational and environmental friendly direction in industrial developments,and proposals for selecting and technological approaches to coastal water pollution control are suggested in the present paper. Five coastal water functional areas are planned as follows : port area, Xinying Bay reserve area, industrial coast, natural reserves, and wastewater discharge area.
