制定医院知识产权战略的思考

有效的知识产权战略是制约医院核心能力发展的重要因素之一。技术创新水平的高低成为影响和决定医院生存和发展的关键因素之一。医院是科技密集型的行业,医务人员在医疗、科研、教学及管理过程中都会产生知识产权。然而,我国的大多数医院还未真正建立起一套知识产权管理和保护的制度,也没有专门的医院知识产权管理部门和团队。制定医院知识产权战略,使知识产权推动医院可持续发展迫在眉睫。

The effective strategy of intellectual property is one of the principal factors restraining the development of the core competitiveness of hospitals.The technological innovation level is the key affecting and deciding factor to the survival and the development of hospitals.Hospital is the institution of intensive science and technology,and the intellectual property of medical workers always accompanies in medical treatment,scientific research,teaching and management.However,most hospitals in China haven＇t yet really established a set of system for managing and protecting intellectual property,and there is no specific management department or management team of intellectual property in hospitals.It is extremely urgent for the hospitals to establish the strategies of intellectual property which will promote a sustainable development of the hospitals.
