摘要
通过抽取新疆某大型三甲医院553份出院病历,对病历中医疗服务价格的执行情况进行分析,发现医院仍存在医嘱录入不完整、漏收、重复收费以及套用项目收费等现象,并在此基础上提出对策及建议,加强医院物价审核和监督管理,实践"以病人为中心"的服务宗旨,努力构建和谐医患关系。
553 discharged cases of a large hospital of Grade A Class 3 in Xinjiang were sampled to analyze the implementation of medical service price of all the cases.The result showed that there were incomplete order entries,omissions,the redundant charges and the indiscriminate project fees.Thus,the writer of the article puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures on this base to enhance price examination and verification,supervision and management so as to realize the service purpose of "taking patient oriented" and try to establish harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
