阿魏酸钠对冠心病患者内皮素及动脉弹性的影响 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察阿魏酸钠注射液对冠心病患者血浆内皮素(ET)、动脉脉搏波速度(PWV)的影响。方法将96例冠心病心绞痛病人按治疗方法的不同分为阿魏酸钠组(50例)及对照组(46例),阿魏酸钠组给予阿魏酸钠100 mg加入生理盐水250 ml,静脉滴注,1次/d,连续14 d。对照组给予复方丹参注射液20 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,连续14 d。观察2组血浆ET及PWV的情况。结果治疗后阿魏酸钠组血浆ET、PWV较对照组明显下降〔(43.7±15.2)vs(58.6±20.4)ng/L,(14.38±1.80)vs(16.35±1.39)m/s,P均<0.01〕。结论阿魏酸钠可明显使冠心病患者血浆ET及PWV下降,有降低ET释放、改善动脉弹性的作用。
