下肢深静脉血栓取栓术23例手术护理配合

Lower extremity deep venous thrombosis embolectomy with 23 cases of surgical care

目的:探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成取栓术的护理配合及临床效果。方法:2007年1月～2009年4月我院血管外科住院的下肢深静脉血栓形成患者23例,在硬膜外或局部麻醉下行股静脉切开取栓术治疗,对其进行术前访视护理干预、手术室环境准备、手术物品准备及术中洗手护士和巡回护士的配合。结果:23例下肢深静脉形成血栓取栓手术顺利完成,手术时间130～240min,平均165min,出血量150～300ml,平均220ml。术后随访17例患者,临床症状减轻,患肢肿胀消退,未发生肺动脉栓塞等并发症。结论:医师与护士的默契配合,严格执行无菌技术操作是手术成功的关键。

Objective： To investigate the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis embolectomy nursing support and clinical effects. Methods： In January 2007 - April 2009 in our hospital inpatient vascular surgery in 23 patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with epidural or local anesthesia in the femoral vein incision thrombectomy in the treatment of its preoperative nursing visits intervention in the operating room environment,preparation, preparation and intraoperative surgical goods and traveling nurses, nurses wash their hands with. Results ：23 cases of deep venous thrombosis thrombectomy the successful completion of surgery,operative time 130 - 240 min,an average of 165 rain,blood loss 150 - 300 ml,an average of 220 ml. Postoperative follow- up 17 patients, clinical symptoms were relieved,limb swelling subsided, no complications such as pulmonary embolism occurred. Conclusion： doctors and nurses tacit co - operation is strictly aseptic technique key to successful operation.
