摘要 "节能减排"已成为国家的工作重点,北京市政府相继下发了一系列节能减排的规范来保证这项工作的顺利进行。北京现有旧城区平房构造以黏土砖为主,外墙及屋面没有保温措施,居民生活环境恶劣,为了消除旧城区的安全隐患和环境脏、乱、差的局面,有必要对旧城内平房的节能改造及住宅室内环境品质进行深入研究。通过前期的调研工作了解到西城区旧城平房围护结构的现状和居民能源消耗情况,在掌握详尽资料的基础上,结合动态模拟的方法,采用DeST模拟软件模拟分析了旧城平房区的全年动态能耗,并对其模拟结果进行了验证。本着旧城改造与风貌保护相结合的原则,为后期的西城区旧城节能改造方案的制定和工程的开展提供依据。 As the "energy conservation and emission reduction" is the key part of Chinese governmental work, a series of related codes are promulgated to ensure the work smoothly by Beijing authority. Clay brick is the main structure of the cottage in old-city area of Beijing now. There are not insulation measures for the exterior wall and roof. Therefore, in order to eliminate the potential safety hazard and environmental trouble such as dirty, intortus and disparity, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the energy-conservation retrofitting for the cottage in old city area, as well as the indoor environment quality. The situation of the building envelops and energy consumption is studied through the investigation on the old city area in Xicheng District. Based on the detail data, the dynamic energy consumption of the cottage area is analyzed with the DeST simulation software. The simulation result is verified with the investigation. Based on the principle of combining both the old-city retrofitting and feature protection, the analysis provides the basis for the later retrofitting scheme and project development in the energy consumption of Xicheng District.
