摘要
运用综合建筑节能改造技术,将高能耗的方舟宾馆改造成为1幢"6L房"建筑。主要介绍了改造过程中运用的建筑围护结构节能技术和空调系统节能技术,主要包括:外墙、屋面外保温;3层玻璃塑框窗;窗外遮阳;外门改造以及采用带有节能控制的热回收新风机。经过改造后,建筑的空调负荷下降了89%,年空调能耗下降了83.5%,改造结果达到了的预期目标。
Using integrated building energy-saving technologies, Fangzhou Hotel with high energy consumption has retrofitted into a "6 liters" building. The energy-saving technologies for building enclosures and air-conditioning system were introduced. These technologies include insulation of the exterior wall and roof, three layers glass window with plastic frame, external shading, door retrofitted and heat recovery fresh fan with energy-saving control. After retrofitting, air-conditioning load of the building reduced 89% and energy consumption reduced 83.5%. The retrofitted result achieved the anticipated target.
