宫颈糜烂与阴道分娩的相关性研究

Study on relativity between cervical erosion and vaginal delivery

目的:探讨宫颈糜烂与阴道分娩的关系。方法:对住院病人妇科检查发现宫颈糜烂的120例进行回顾性分析。结果:阴道分娩组产妇宫颈糜烂发病率明显高于剖宫组产妇(P<0.01);阴道分娩次数越多,宫颈糜烂发病率越高,糜烂程度越严重(P<0.01)。结论:宫颈糜烂与阴道分娩密切相关。

Objective：To explore the relationship between cervical erosion and vaginal delivery,and to prevent the occurring of cervical erosion.Methods：To make a retrospective analysis＇ of 120 cases of cervical erosion revealed by gynecological examination among 390 inpatients treated in our hospital.Results：The incidence of cervical erosion in the group of vaginal delivery was obviously higher compared with the group of uterine-incision delivery （P〈O.01）;the more times of vaginal delivery,the easier to suffer from cervical erosion, and the more serious（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Cervical erosion is closely relevant to vaginal delivery.
