护理程序在骨科护理教学查房中的应用

Application of nursing process in clinical nursing teaching of orthopaedics

目的:探讨护理程序在骨科护理教学查房的作用。方法:结合骨科特性及教学大纲的要求,应用护理程序组织和实施集中式护理教学查房。结果:使带教工作更具有科学性、系统性,可增强护生自信心和教师责任感。结论:在骨科护理教学查房中应用护理程序,可激发护生的学习主动性和学习兴趣,有利于提高骨科护理带教质量。

Objective：To discuss the effect of nursing process in clinical nursing teaching of orthopaedics.Methods：According to the characters of orthopaedics and the aims of teaching oudine, we made use of nursing process to practice the concentrated teaching ward round. Results：Using the nursing process promoted scientificity and systematism of teaching work, enhanced the serf-confidence of student nurses and the responsibility of teachers. Conclusion： Nursing process in clinical nursing teaching of orthopaedics is benefitial for improving the effect of nursing teaching, and enhancing the learning activity and interest of nursing students.
