老年退行性心脏瓣膜病合并心力衰竭临床分析

Clinical study of senile degenerative heart valvular disease complicated with heart failure

目的:探讨老年退行性心脏瓣膜病(SDHVD)合并心力衰竭的临床特征。方法:将73例合并心力衰竭的老年SDHVD(观察组)与同期收治的70例年龄、性别相匹配的无瓣膜钙化的合并心力衰竭患者(对照组)进行临床对比研究。结果:观察组心律失常、心脏扩大发生率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。严重心功能不全发生率高于对照组,但无显著差异。结论:老年SDHVD存在严重的血流动力学障碍,已成为老年人充血性心力衰竭、猝死的重要原因之一。

Objective：To study the clinical characteristics of senile degenerative heart valvular disease（SDHVD） complicated with heart failure.Methods：The clinical characteristics of 73 cases of SDHVD complicated with heart failure were compared with 70 cases of none-SDHVD complicated heart failure.Results：Cardiac arrhythmia and cardiac dilation in SDHVD group were higher than those of none-SDHVD group（P〈0.01）.While the serious heart failure rate was higher than that of the controlled group with no statistical significance.Conclusion：SDHVD may lead to hemodynamic disturbance,impaire the cardiac function.It is one of the main cause of congestive heart failure and sudden death in the aged.
