急性矽肺20例的X线诊断分析

Analysis of X-ray diagnosis of acute silicosis in 20 cases

目的:探讨急性矽肺的X线表现。方法:对20例资料齐全的急性矽肺进行回顾性分析,所有病例均采用高仟伏摄影。结果:急性矽肺20例(其中一期10例,二期5例,三期3例),急性矽肺肺结核2例(二期和三期各1例)。结论:急性矽肺X线表现以棉絮样改变和以矽结节改变为主两种类型,增强患者的免疫机能可减缓病变的进展。

Objective：To discuss the X-ray signs of acute silicosis.Methods：20 cases of acute silicosis were reviewed retrospectively.All patients were used high thousand volts photography.Results：Acute silicosis was seen in 20 cases,in which stage I was seen in 10 cases,stage II in 5,stage Ⅲ in 3.Acute silicosis tuberculosis was seen in 2 cases,in which,stage II and Ⅲ was seen in one each.Conclusion：X-ray findings in acute silicosis are two main types of cotton-based and silicon-like changes.Enhancing the patient＇s immune function may slowdown disease progress.
