针刺结合功能锻炼治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with functional exercises in vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis

目的:探讨针刺结合颈部功能锻炼治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效及脑血流参数的变化。方法:将146例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组74例,对照组72例,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,治疗组采用针刺结合颈部功能锻炼的治疗,每日1次,7次为1疗程,共治疗3个疗程,观察两组治疗前后的临床症状、体征及脑血流参数的变化。结果:治疗后两组主要症状、体征及脑血流参数均有改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合颈部功能锻炼对改善椎动脉型颈椎病的临床症状、体征及脑血流参数方面优于单纯针刺的治疗方案。

Objective：To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with functional exercises in vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods：146 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（TG,74 cases） and control group（CG,72 cases）.The patients in CG used a simple acupuncture treatment only,the patients in TG used acupuncture combined with functional exercises and neck treatment,once a day,7 times for a course of treatment.All patients received three treatment courses.The clinical symptoms,signs and changes of cerebral blood hemodynamics were observed.Results：The major symptoms,signs and cerebral blood hemodynamic effects in all patients were significantly improved（P〈0.05 or P0.01）.The patients in TG were better than the patients in CG（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with functional exercises in vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis can provide better clinical efficacy and security compared with simple acupuncture.
