热磁电治疗联合牵引对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及腰椎功能康复的作用

Effect of thermomagnetic-electric treatment combined with traction on relieving pain and improving lumbar function in lumbar disc herniation

目的:观察热磁电治疗联合牵引对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛缓解和功能的恢复作用。方法:采用随机、对照、盲法的方法,对本科室接诊的61例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:观察组有效率为94.3%,对照组有效率为76.9%;两组患者间疼痛及腰椎功能的改善情况差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:热磁电治疗仪联合牵引对腰椎间盘突出患者进行治疗,能明显减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛,提高腰椎及下肢功能。

Objective：To investigate the effect of thermomagnetic-electric treatment combined with traction on relieving pain and improving lumbar function in lumbar disc herniation（LDH）.Methods：The clinical data of 61 LDH cases in our department were retrospectively analyzed with randomized controlled blind method.Results：The effective rate was 94.3% in the observation group and 76.9% in the control group.Pain relief and lumbar function improvement had significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Thermomagnetic-electric treatment combined with traction can obviously relieve pain and improve the lumbar and lower limb function in LDH patients.
