摘要
以硬脂酸、硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙作为改性剂对天然重晶石粉末进行改性,分析改性时间,改性剂用量,搅拌速度等因素对改性效果的影响,并用活化指数和沉降体积对改性效果做了评价。实验结果表明,在相同的实验条件下,用硬脂酸钠对重晶石粉末改性后的沉降体积最大,改性效果最好,当硬脂酸钠的用量为0.8%,活化指数可达到96%。红外光谱分析表明硬脂酸钠与重晶石粉末表面产生了化学键合。
With stearic acid, sodium stearate, zinc stearate, magnesium stearate, calcium stearate as modifiers,natural barite powder was modified. The impact of modification time,modifier dosage,stirring speed and other factors on the modification effect were analyzed. The modification effect of the experimental was evaluated by activation volume index and sedimentation volume. And the results show that using sodium stearate as modifier,the largest sedimentation volume is obtained and the modification effect is the best under the same experimental conditions. When the dosage of sodium stearate is 0.8% ,activation index can reach 96%. FTIR indicates that sodium stearate produces chemical bond on the surface of barite powder.
