污水处理厂除臭技术浅析

Odor removal technology in municipal wastewater treatment plant

依据除臭原理将臭气处理方法分为物理法、化学法和生物处理法三类,分析了化学、活性炭吸附、氧离子基团、燃烧、纯天然植物提取液喷洒和生物等多种除臭方法的除臭机理和工艺流程,探讨了各类除臭方法的优缺点及应用现状,并针对目前常用的除臭方法进行了技术经济综合比较,得出组合式除臭技术是最为经济有效的除臭方法,比较适合我国发展现状,具有较好的研究发展前景。

According to the deodorizing principles, the methods of odor treatment are classified into three categories, which are physical treatment method, chemical treatment method and biological treatment method. Then the deodorant mechanism and process of many kinds of treatment methods were analyzed respectively, including chemical treatment method, activated carbon adsorption treatment method, oxygen ion group treatment method, combustion treatment method, spray from pure natural plant extracts treatment method and biological treatment method. The advantages and disadvantages and the application status of each treatment method were also discussed. At last, the techno-economic benefits of the commonly used deodorization technologies are compared. The results show that the combined deodorization technology is the most cost-effective method, which is suitable for China and has good prospects for research and development.
