摘要
模拟卷烟纸及卷烟纸助剂燃烧、热裂解环境和条件,采用Py-GC-MS联机分析醋酸钾、苹果酸钾、柠檬酸钾和葡萄糖酸钾热解产物。结果表明:①醋酸钾热裂解温度较高,热解产物简单,苯酚物质种类大于其它三种有机酸钾盐;②柠檬酸钾和葡萄糖酸钾在400,500和600℃条件下,苯类、苯酚类、稠环芳烃类及烯烃类物质均比葡萄糖酸钾多;③葡萄糖酸钾热解温度较低,其热解产物种类比其它3个有机酸钾盐多,呋喃类、醛类和酮类香味物质尤其丰富。
Four potassium salts ( potassium acetate, malate, citrate and gluconate) were pyrolyzed under simultaneous conditions usually adopted in pyrolysis and combustion tests of cigarette paper and its additives, and their pyrolytic products also were comparatively analyzed using Py-GC-MS series. The results show that :(1)compared with other potassium salts, acetate has a higher pyrolytic temperature and simpler products,and generated more kinds of phenols under high temperature; (2)benzene, phenol, polyeyelic aromatic hydrocarbon and olefin hydrocarbon homologs and derivates from potassium acetate are more than those from potassium gluconate;(3) compared with other potassium salts, potassium gluconate has a lower pyrolytic temperature and lead to more types of pyrolytic products, especially furans, aldehydes, ketones and their derivatives, which are aroma components.
