摘要
压力波动是流化床设计和运行中的重要问题,其信号包含了流化床内大量的流体动力学行为特征。以小波变换方法进行连续小波变换,提取小波局部极大模线来对流化床内的压力信号进行分析,讨论了表观气速、静床高和床料粒径对压力波动的影响,分析结果有助于深入理解CFB流动机理。
Pressure fluctuation is an important parameter that needs to be considered in the design and operation of fluidized beds,of which the signals reflect most comprehensive fluid dynamic behavior inside the bed.Maxima lines besed on continuous wavelet transform were extracted to analyze the pressure signals while influence of the superficial gas velocity,static bed height and bed materials on the pressure fluctuation discussed.These analysis results are believed to be helpful for better understanding of gas-solid flow mechanisms in CFB boilers.
