摘要
模拟燃烧石油焦的CFB锅炉的燃烧工况,并利用智能测硫仪进行测定,研究了不同石灰石的物理化学特性对燃烧石油焦的CFB锅炉脱硫效果的影响。研究表明,钙硫比越大脱硫效果越好 燃烧温度(850~900℃)对脱硫效率基本没有影响 石灰石粒度与脱硫效果成反比 不同产地的石灰石脱硫效果不同。
By simulating the combustion conditions of petroleum coke-fired CFB boiler and measuring the sulfur content with intelligent sulfur analyzer,the influence of physical and chemical properties of limestone on CFB boiler desulfurization efficiency was studied.Results show that larger ratio of calcium to sulfur produces higher desulfurization efficiency;combustion temperature(850~900 ℃) has nearly no influence on the desulfurization efficiency;grain size of limestone is in inverse proportion to the desulfurization effect;limestone originated from different regions has a different desulfurization effect.
