摘要
综述了滚动轴承电主轴系统动力学建模中轴承建模、主轴-轴承系统建模、电主轴热特性建模和主轴机电耦合传动特性建模的技术现状,评述了电主轴动力学仿真的传递矩阵法、有限元法和软件开发的进展,结合工程实际具体分析了轴承预紧、轴承材料、电主轴发热及主轴机械参数对电主轴动态特性的影响规律,最后展望了滚动轴承电主轴系统动力学研究的未来发展趋势。
The research of the dynamic modeling for the rolling bearing-motorized spindle system including bearing modeling, spindle-bearing system modeling, thermo-behavior modeling and mechanical-electric coupling system modeling are reviewed. And the development of the analysis methods used for dynamical simulation including the transfer matrix method, finite element method and software is commented on. Furthermore, the factors which of influence the dynamic characteristics of the motorized spindle, such as bearing preload, bearing materials, motorized spindle heat generation, and mechanical parameters of spindle, are analyzed in detail. Finally, the development tendency of the dynamic research on the rolling bearing-motorized spindle system is forecasted.
