摘要
为提高孔加工生产效率,设计六工位转塔动力刀架,采用传感器粗定位与锥面齿盘精定位方式达到定位精度要求,采用导向齿轮达到主轴头与传动轴齿轮啮合与脱离目的,采用液压方式实现刀架的抬升与转位功用。
To improve the efficiency of hole processing, six-station turret tool machine is designed, using sensors in early positioning and cone-gear precision positioning approach to achieve the positioning accuracy requirements. The use-oriented gear to spindle head and the shaft from the gear meshing with the purpose of using the uplift of tool carrier hydraulic is achieved with the translocation function.
