选择性激光熔化激光快速成型铺粉装置设计 被引量:10

摘要 叙述了利用现有条件,自行设计、制造的一套铺粉装置的基本组成和工作原理;论述了铺粉装置设计中的若干关键技术,如活塞导向装置设计、缸体结构设计,刮板的材料选择及结构设计等。该铺粉装置已成功应用于实际加工,取得了良好的铺粉效果。 Working principle and function of main composes were introduced in this paper, key technologies for designing the device were discussed, such as designing on guide pistons, cylinder block, and scraper. The powder coating device is used successfully, and the effect of the powder coating is well.
