变阻力切削过程伺服系统的模糊控制

摘要 为了实现变阻力切削过程的伺服稳定性,采用模糊化模块对系统的状态变量进行模糊量化和归一化处理,应用神经网络表示模糊规则,构建了基于神经网络的模糊PID控制器,对PID控制器的三个可调参数进行在线测定,通过神经网络的控制和加权系数的调整,排除了切削过程中的阻力改变对系统稳定性的影响。 This paper has discussed the fuzzy quantization and merger process, which are done to the state variables by the fuzzy module and which are used to realize the stability of servo system in the cutting process by variable resistance force. Here the network signifies the fuzzy rule, and a fuzzy PID controller has been constructed based the network to check the three controllable parameters on the site of production. Through the control to the network and the adjustment to the weighted coefficient; the influence from the resistance force on the system stability will be avoided.
